The project is funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ programme.
The project runs for one year, during which a number of 20 adults from disadvantaged communities in the city of Reșița will participate in training workshops where they will learn how to write a CV, how to present themselves at a job interview, how to search for a job locally, both online and offline.
This initiative is based on a partnership between Romania, Italy, Hungary and Serbia and is funded with €60,000.
